Practical information about the ECB Forum.
Shuttle bus schedule
A shuttle service will be provided between the airport and the Penha Longa resort.
Transfer from Lisbon Airport to the Penha Longa, 29 June
Every 30 minutes from 10:30 to 17:30
Transfer from the Penha Longa to Lisbon Airport, 1 July
Every 30 minutes from 16:00 to 18:00
Transfer to the dinner hosted by the Banco de Portugal, 1 July
The bus will depart from the hotel entrance at 18:00.
Transfer from the Penha Longa to Lisbon Airport, 2 July
Every 30 minutes from 06:00 to 10:00
Evening programme and dress code
Monday, 29 June – opening reception and dinner at 18:30
Business attire: Suit and tie for gentlemen, and a smart dress or suit for ladies.
Tuesday, 30 June – Informal dinner at 19:30
Smart casual attire: No tie required.
Following the dinner, guests are warmly invited to join the dance floor.
Wednesday, 1 July - Reception and dinner hosted by the Banco de Portugal
Smart casual attire: No tie required.
Venue: Palácio Nacional de Queluz
The bus to the dinner venue departs at 18:00.
Livestream, recording, photos
The conference will be live streamed on the ECB's website and recordings of the sessions will be made available on ECB's YouTube channel and ECB Forum website.
Photos of the entire event will be uploaded to the ECB multimedia platform in real-time and will also be used on ECB's social media channels. Please be aware that you might appear on the recorded material.
If a photo or video has been taken in which you appear and you would like it removed or edited (e.g. cropping, blurring), please contact the author or organising unit. We will address your request as soon as possible.
All photos in the post-event gallery marked as shareable may be used by employees for private, non-commercial social media posts. Please ensure that you follow data-protection guidance when posting.
Post-event galleries are hosted on the Multimedia portal which has AI Search features, incl. facial recognition. This search function is able to recognize faces that are manually tagged and described by the Multimedia team to show more accurate search results.
SMS service
Please be aware that in urgent cases (e.g. a change of schedule or an emergency) the registered participants will receive an SMS alert on their mobile phones during the Forum from the sender "ECBForum"
